Pac-Man Live Experience

I was responsible for technical elements of Pac-Man Live Experience during the launch of Arcade Arena London and the first couple of months that followed, working as Technical Manager for Little Lion Entertainment. I led the reactive and preventative maintenance work and held the technical running budget for the venue. I also introduced a comprehensive fault tracking system, which gave the team a single record of every issue and made recurring faults far easier to spot.
