Chaos Karts was one of three attractions I looked after as Technical Manager for Little Lion Entertainment at Arcade Arena London. I oversaw its technical and mechanical elements for the venue's launch and through the first couple of months of operation. Day to day, that meant leading on reactive maintenance, and on preventative maintenance. I held the technical running budget. Alongside this I put a comprehensive fault tracking system in place, giving the team a reliable history of each fault and a clear basis for deciding where to spend time and money.
