Alien Invasion

As Technical Manager for Little Lion Entertainment, I oversaw technical elements of Alien Invasion through the launch of Arcade Arena London and its first couple of months of operation. I led on reactive and preventative maintenance, dealing with faults as they came up during live sessions while building a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule to prevent recurring issues. I also held the technical running budget. To give the team a clearer view of what was going wrong and why, I implemented a comprehensive fault tracking system.
